Founder’s Story

Alycia Wong

Alycia is a wellness entrepreneur with a mission to empower collective well-being through breath and movement. Raised in Vancouver, Canada and now Denver, Colorado based, she is a Product and Digital Marketer by trade; experienced in building brands and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across industries including fitness, beauty, video games, wine and spirits, immersive technology (AR/VR/XR) and AEC (Architecture/Engineering/Construction). Over the past decade, she has also dedicated time to building community through wellness, obtaining certifications in group fitness, barre, pilates and somatic breathwork.

Growing up competitively dancing, she was always inspired by the body's resilience and capacity for expression. Witnessing her father's struggle with mental illness, and inspired by her mother’s interest in holistic health, led to her fascination with the mind-body-spirit connection.

During the pandemic, she experienced corporate burnout, immense heartbreak and loss. This set her on a path of healing and to reclaim her sense of self. She spent a year of solo travel to immerse herself in nature - from taking up surfing in Maui and Costa Rica, solo hiking through US National Parks, to experiencing the Temezcals of Tulum and Hammams of Morocco. She was deeply moved by the overwhelming capacity to feel, witnessing her heart opening to the beauty of possibility, and still breaking from grief at the same time.

Through this return to self and rediscovering the freedom that comes from overcoming deeply rooted fears, she realized how transformative this journey was in finding a sense of belonging in a world that seemingly grows more divided and disconnected. Desiring to share this reverence for life’s beauty and impermanence, while navigating its peaks and valleys, her mission became clear: to shift the paradigm around how we prioritize our well-being. That self-care is not a luxury but a necessity. And to ultimately create spaces for people to gather, be, find balance, rest and connect.

Our mindset creates our reality, and in a dysregulated world, it's easy to lose connection to our sense of vitality. Alycia hopes to foster the freedom that comes from self-belief, helping others remember how to tap into their innate power so they can access greater clarity, connection to purpose and sense of awe. She's an avid world traveler, foodie, loves to surf, and can be found playing fetch with her toy poodle, Leo.
