Somatic Breathwork

A practice of freeing your thinking mind and returning to your feeling body. Active, circular breathing techniques help access higher levels of consciousness to clear stagnant energy, release maladaptive trauma behavior patterns, and process suppressed emotion. Through this practice of emotional and nervous system regulation, participants access greater clarity, states of joy, peace, abundance, and reconnection to purpose.

Guided Ice Baths

Ice baths (aka cold-plunging) not only offers a wealth of health benefits, but acts as a great way to help train your nervous system to regulate under stress. By using the breath as an anchor and through somatic cues, we rewire neural pathways to practice conscious awareness to override auto-pilot fight/flight reactions, discerning between what feels uncomfortable versus what’s unsafe, helping to build resilience to stress.
